Site launch: Atlas Shrugged Part 2

Okay … I’m signed up.

Now, let’s hear the spin from all the naysayers.

That’s nice… but when are we going to be able to watch Atlas Shrugged part 1 those of us that live outside the US? I’m willing to pay, but no way am I waiting for the DVD… anyone know of a good streaming channel?  In a few weeks I’ll lose my patience and go straight to tpb…

This is perfectly timed. Hazel – Don’t pirate. Not good for you or the film-makers or the prospects of Part 2 or 3. Property rights, ne? Anyway, DVD will be out before Christmas.

Maybr Mr. Neal Kumar Katyal ought to reconsider who has a better understanding of the Constitution and its meaning to a free people — Ayn Rand or Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.

For American jurisprudence, the target should be Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., one of the foremost proponents of the concept of a “living constitution.” Between that and the abuse of the Commerce Clause, as far as the Federal Government is concerned, anything goes and they can do anything they want. I remember, when growing up, that the clause was meant to ensure that the states didn’t impose tariffs and excise taxes on trade between the states; it was meant, not to empower the Federal government, but to allow that same government the means of restraining each of the states from interfering with the free movement of goods between the states. Seems like an area worthy of further study amongst all the books I have from the founding era…

Hazel, nobody owes you a copy or the “right” to see this movie. Grow up and read the book.

Hello … what’s this … nasty, hateful posts seem to be disappearing from the new site. Looks like there’s at least a mild attempt at moderation.

Also noticed that this flash mob of sneering snails pop up in the evening for a few hours, then crawl back under their rocks.

I just checked again and there’s a post from Scott DeSapio (the team running the sites) mildly chastising the trolls.

I’ve read the book. I paid for it.

No way am I waiting for Christmas to watch the movie. If these guys are smart enough they’ll stream it on netflix or Amazon, and I’ll happily pay. If they are too dumb or take to long…

Just get the DVD if it doesn’t show in your neck of the woods!

Atlas Shrugged Part 2 should have many more viewers than Part 1 because by the time it is released Obama’s communist agenda will be more apparent to more people.

Just putting in a request for part II of the movie (that’s from the book): make sure to state & show that John Galt had a face “without pain, fear, or guilt” & that he was “a man who belonged on Earth”.  One last quote to include from the book: “Atlantis is here; it exists; it’s yours.”      Many thanks!

Well…read the book years ago in high school….after seeing part 1, I think I am going to give the book another read through before part 2 is available for viewing.

I need of part 2 ,desperately waiting , YES, I’m HOOKED , LINE AND SINKER !!!!
Some movies are the picture into the future ….  And this one should be watched closely .

Actually, Robin Hood stole from the government not the rich. (Although in those days they were probably one and the same)

what a great great movie it’s been a long time since someone took the time to make a movie that puts the government jerks and the rich that push there buttons on front street

To all you progressers, socialist and communists, go live in those countries that support your political views. It’s working so well for them, Like Cuba, Russia, Venezuala, China, Italy and others. They have no opportunities, limited freedoms, lower standard of livings and oppressive governments. China is evencontroling their family size. Most of them can barely survive even if with aid from other countries. America was, is and will always be a capitalist Republic.

God I hope and pray so…but, there are too many people who believe that government is the answer…too many will be our undoing.

Re: Extra employment for “Atlas Shrugged/Part 2″

I write this communique as an inquirely. I have accomplished “extra” filming work during the pastimes. This would be with Central Casting of Burbank, Ca. Are there any parts available as an extra designate?

The part can be minor and well into the background as indicated. I have had some experience doing extra filming work as indicated.
